Job Summary

As a Taxi Driver with Whitecourt Cabs Corporation, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our clients. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the vehicle to ensure a safe and comfortable ride for passengers
  • Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations
  • Assist passengers with luggage and provide assistance as needed
  • Operate dispatch systems and two-way radios to communicate with dispatch and other drivers
  • Collect fares and provide change as necessary
  • Provide basic tourist information to passengers
  • Perform other duties as required by the company
  • Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Meet company standards for safety, customer service, and vehicle maintenance

Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a taxi driver
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
