About the Role

As a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up attractive product displays and arranging products according to detailed planograms to ensure optimal visibility and brand representation.
  • Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays while adhering to client quality and branding standards.
  • Maintaining stock levels, ensuring products are properly arranged and ready for customer purchase.
  • Installing eye-catching signage and providing additional merchandising services as required by clients.
  • Completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Utilizing image recognition apps and scanning technology to collect valuable retail data.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Reliability and pride in workmanship.
  • Experience in merchandising within a grocery, drug store, or big box setting.
  • Ability to read and execute planograms.
  • Strong knowledge of smartphone technology, including photo-taking and imaging app utilization.
  • A self-starter mindset, thriving under pressure and ambiguity.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $41,600, based on 10 hours of bi-weekly work at $20 per hour, plus a travel rate. We offer a flexible schedule, typically Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
