Overview:

Our summer camps operate weekly in July and August, offering a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their athletic skills while forming lasting connections with peers and mentors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Program Director in planning and executing daily camp activities
• Collaborate with coaches to continuously improve programming and ensure a positive experience for campers
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with parents and responding to their inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist with staff management, including communication and scheduling
• Participate in regular meetings with the Camp Leadership Team to discuss progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience in supervisory roles
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse groups
• Previous experience working with children, either as a coach or in a teaching/leadership capacity
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the camp
