Overview

Zinetti Food Products Ltd is a leading food manufacturer seeking a reliable Production Team Member to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are manufactured while adhering to strict food safety and handling guidelines.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**

- Ensure all production tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
- Assist in maintaining equipment and reporting any issues to management
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift Operator Certification, Food Safety Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and handling physical demands

**Compensation and Benefits**

- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)
