About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Engineer to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Develop and implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our network systems.
  • Configure and set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Modify Web pages, applets, and scripts to optimize network performance and user experience.
  • Research and apply meta-data to Websites and register Websites with search engines to enhance online visibility.
  • Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
  • Collaborate with clients and other members of the engineering team to determine project requirements and conduct research to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Study drawings and specifications to determine the layout of the installation and materials required.

  • Cisco certified internetwork expert (CCIE)
