We are seeking a highly skilled Service Shift Manager to lead our Heavy Equipment Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the workload of our service technicians to ensure timely and effective delivery of services to our customers.

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and can motivate and inspire our team to do the same.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the workload of service technicians
• Assign and schedule internal and external jobs based on technician skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with the Service Business Manager to provide new hire orientation and mentorship
• Identify and execute process improvements and training opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service through accurate quotes and work order records

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• 5+ years of experience in service repairs and maintenance
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to use current business systems and computer functions
