We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Urbint, where you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and effective user experiences for our web and mobile enterprise applications.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a tight-knit team that is passionate about delivering sustainable value and exceeding customer expectations. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research and discovery, creating user personas and journey maps, wireframes and prototypes, and refining user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback and iterate on designs, conduct usability testing and analyze data to inform design decisions, and stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your design process.

This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must have a keen eye for aesthetics and knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct user research and discovery to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
  • Create a seamless and cohesive user experience by designing and refining user interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback and iterate on designs
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze data to inform design decisions
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications for field workers
  • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a target base salary of C$125,000 to C$170,000 plus equity, generous supplemental medical insurance coverage for yourself and your family, life and accidental insurance for up to $500,000, flexible PTO policy, and a monthly work from home stipend and one-time stipend for home office setup.
