Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Develop and implement efficient logistics and supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, including storekeepers and parts clerks, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and logistics performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Work Environment: Warehouse setting with a focus on inventory management and logistics
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude
