We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our in-house creative team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, you will oversee the production and delivery process for various creative projects submitted by clients. Your extensive experience in delivering cross-platform projects will be instrumental in translating client briefs into feasible, cost-efficient solutions.

Your responsibilities will include managing multiple clients across diverse markets, collaborating closely to understand their needs and deliver successful projects. You will also oversee the execution of documents for internal teams and external partners, manage marketing asset delivery, and ensure the creative team has necessary resources to complete projects effectively.

You will analyze past results, implementing findings on current projects to enhance work quality. Driving efficiency and creative excellence is crucial in this role, as well as championing a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will support the OLIVER Senior Business Director with oversight of team processes, time reporting, and billings.

This position requires:

  • 7+ years of creative project management experience
  • A broad understanding of digital channels and their applications across multiple lines of business
  • Strong track record in executing assets for multiple platforms with different specs
  • Good understanding of current trends and events in digital, social media, and technology
  • Effective communication skills in high-pressure situations and client-facing environments
