About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Boston Pizza #509. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
  • Customer Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections, address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and maintain knowledge of relevant laws and policies.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid Smart Serve certification.
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, and have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the restaurant.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
