About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Recruiter to join our team at Alexa Translations. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, building relationships with hiring managers, ensuring compliance with recruitment laws and regulations, analyzing recruitment metrics, and providing a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including posting job openings on job boards, professional networks, and other relevant platforms.
  2. Screening and Evaluating Candidates: Review applications, conduct video interviews, and administer skills assessments to identify the most qualified candidates.
  3. Managing the Recruitment Process: Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  4. Developing and Maintaining Relationships with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and collaborate on the recruitment process.
  5. Ensuring Compliance with Recruitment Laws and Regulations: Stay up-to-date on relevant recruitment laws and regulations in the region to ensure compliance with our recruitment practices.
  6. Developing Salaries Benchmarking: Analyze salaries for different positions to inform our recruitment strategy and ensure a cost-effective hiring process.
  7. Completing and Analyzing Recruitment Metrics: Complete required metrics reports and analyze trends to improve the recruitment process.
  8. Providing a Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure that candidates have a positive experience during the recruitment process, regardless of the outcome.
  9. Embodying the Company Culture: Thoroughly understand, live by, and advocate the company's culture and values.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience recruiting Sales roles.
  4. Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Attention to detail and organization are paramount, and a continuous desire to learn and improve is essential.
  7. Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  8. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment is a must.
