Job Summary

Tecsteel Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineering Technologist to join our team. As an Industrial Engineering Technologist, you will be responsible for developing and conducting production, inventory, and quality assurance programs. You will also inspect processes, design plant layouts and production facilities, and conduct work measurement or other studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
  • Inspect processes and design plant layouts and production facilities
  • Conduct work measurement or other studies and develop manufacturing and processing procedures
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
