About the Role

Apollo Custom Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse team. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling and processing materials and products with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, using computerized inventory control systems to track and manage stock.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Pack and unpack goods, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and adhering to quality control standards.
  • Sorting and Stacking: Sort, crate, and stack goods, ensuring accurate and efficient processing, and adhering to quality control standards.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding role. The ideal candidate will be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in material handling and warehouse operations
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
