About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team at Noble Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive branch growth and revenue
  • Manage branch operations, including inventory management, customer service, and employee development
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or management role, preferably in the plumbing and HVAC wholesale industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen, including financial analysis and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
