Creaform Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our electrical and automation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems
  • Analyze workload, set priorities, plan, and optimize team work
  • Participate in the selection process and integrate new talents into the team
  • Promote collaboration and innovation within the team
  • Monitor projects (schedule, quality, cost)
  • Collaborate in the submission process: evaluation, planning, presenting projects to potential clients
Requirements:
  • At least three (3) years of experience in management and 7 to 8 years of overall work experience
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Experience in product development
  • Knowledge of electrical drawing software such as AutoCad Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, SEE Electrical, EPlan, CATIA (cables and harness module)
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Organized and good planning skills
  • Communicate effectively in both English and French, both orally and in writing
