Ct V is looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources and project administration, with a degree in Human Resources, Business or related field from a recognized University. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and present human resources strategies and recommendations to the senior leadership team;
- Manage resumes, including providing hiring manager with potential candidates, and when requested communicating with potential candidates;
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws;
- Analyze metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions;
- Conduct investigations as needed;
Requirements
Applicants must have a degree in Human Resources, Business or related field from a recognized University, and 3-5 years' experience in human resources. A strong knowledge of Saskatchewan employment laws and regulations is essential. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and experience working within SharePoint are also required.
