We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Finance Leader to join our team at The Mason Group Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior finance professional to lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in people management, business partnering, and process improvement. They will be responsible for managing corporate services, including treasury, taxes, insurance, payroll, benefits, and pension, and will work closely with the DC operations team to drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage corporate services, including treasury, taxes, insurance, payroll, benefits, and pension.
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes and systems.

Requirements:
  • Professional designation (CPA).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business partnering and people management.
  • Experience gained in pharma, distribution, or manufacturing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
