Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Ekam Jewellers. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to improve their performance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory, to ensure that sales goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that Ekam Jewellers remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
