We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Cowichan Primary Care Network (PCN) in Central Duncan.

About the Role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide culturally safe primary care to patients at our Primary Care Network Centres/Clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a minimum patient panel and provide primary care services
  • Participate in an after-hours call group to share coverage with other providers
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver care to patients
Requirements

Applicants must be a registered nurse with a valid license to practice in British Columbia.
