Financial Manager Job Description

At A & W Restaurant, we are looking for a skilled Financial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the restaurant’s financial goals are met.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee payroll administration, including processing payments and managing employee benefits.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure they are within budget.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
