We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Mount Revelstoke Alpine Chalets. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities, establishing work schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, motel, and resort.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as necessary to ensure business continuity.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a focus on business or a related field.
- Permanent employment, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
