Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and recruiters
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications to ensure candidate quality
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, training, and equipment setup

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT consulting
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software, MS Office, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
