We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our team at Creative Solutions Services, LLC. As a key member of our Pursuit Team, you will be responsible for managing the complete proposal response process, from initial review to final submission. Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Oversee the end-to-end bid preparation process, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions. Develop comprehensive strategies to meet client requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Document Review: Analyze and interpret RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tender packages to identify requirements and develop compliant responses. Utilize expertise in document analysis and interpretation to drive successful proposal outcomes.
- Proposal Development: Project manage, write, and prepare responses for opportunities from industrial, commercial, institutional, and governmental clients. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor proposal content accordingly.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate meetings and conference calls, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned. Leverage effective communication and project management skills to drive team success.
- Research & Compilation: Gather, research, and organize documentation and data required for proposals. Ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the proposal.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with executives, directors, financial teams, and operational managers to ensure submissions align with strategic goals. Provide expert guidance on proposal development and submission best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all bid submissions are detailed, accurate, and compliant with requirements. Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee exceptional proposal outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in debriefs and post-mortems to refine processes and improve future submissions. Apply knowledge of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in English, Communications, Business, or a related field with a strong emphasis on writing and research.
- At least five years of experience in developing documentation, particularly for procurement opportunities.
- Proven experience managing a small team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments.
- Attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
