The Role:

In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting our members through effective engagement strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that foster positive member relationships and drive long-term value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on membership policies, reporting processes, and compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between members and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver member-centric programs and services.
  • Analyze member feedback and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education in business, environmental science, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
