Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Amusement Host to join our team at The Rec Room South Edmonton Common. As an Amusement Host, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional entertainment experience to our guests, operating major attractions, and being an expert on gaming within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upsell games by showcasing game operations, encouraging guests to play, and creating a fun and playful environment.
  • Ensure games and individual stations are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational, and assist with restocking the Store.
  • Be a trusted resource for guests' inquiries and concerns, and have a working knowledge of the venue's pricing for special events, promotions, and daily events.

Requirements:

  • Must be the required age of majority or older for licensed venues.
  • Preferably have some experience with customer service.
  • Be able to complete tasks with attention to detail.
  • Have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
