HAIRSTYLIST OPPORTUNITY

First Choice Haircutters of Simcoe, ON is seeking a skilled Hairstylist to provide exceptional salon services to our clients.

This role offers a guaranteed hourly wage with commission and tips, as well as on-site education, health benefits, free snacks, company outings, and a busy and updated work setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You must have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • You will work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and closing out the system at the end of the day.
  • You must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • You must have good eyesight to observe a guest's hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • You will be standing, lifting, and reaching for extended periods, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
  • You must be comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in our treatments.
