About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team at Dream Homes Renovation & Constructions Ltd. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for installing high-quality flooring solutions in residential and commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to clients' needs.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Repair and maintain exterior prefabricated products to ensure their longevity and performance.
  • Prepare and document invoices and work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations to guarantee precise fit and finish.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise other workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Operate hand and power tools to complete various tasks related to flooring installation.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
Requirements
  • A valid secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Fast-paced environment and physically demanding job; ability to handle heavy loads is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Good communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • A vehicle supplied by the employer is provided for transportation to and from job sites.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with regular exposure to physical demands, such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in this type of setting and able to adapt to changing priorities.
