  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations, including OH&S standards.
  • Proven track record in coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and ensuring project schedules and budgets are met.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
