About Our Company

We operate over 300 stores across the US, Canada, and Australia, offering a wide range of pre-owned clothing, accessories, and household goods. Our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where second-hand is second nature.

We supply our stores with gently-used items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse.

Savers operates under several brands, including Savers, 2nd Ave, Value Village, Unique, Village des Valeurs, and Savers Australia. Our diverse range of brands allows us to cater to a broad customer base and provide unique shopping experiences.

About This Role

As a Store Team Supervisor at Savers, you'll be responsible for making important decisions that impact store success every day. You'll also develop and empower your team members to achieve their full potential.

This role may involve supervising teams in Operations, Production, and Retail. Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Production Supervisor: Oversee production processes to ensure efficient operation and high-quality products.
  • Front End Supervisor: Manage the front-end operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Community Donation Supervisor: Coordinate community donation programs, ensuring effective collection and processing of donated items.
