Insurance Advisor | Customer Solutions Specialist

Protect What Matters
At Western Coast Insurance Services, we're looking for a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, building lasting relationships with customers, and helping them protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email.
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy.
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets.
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business.
Requirements:
- No experience required; we offer applicable training for the right candidate.
- General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email.
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role.
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset.
