Job Overview

The Concessions Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee daily tasks, train staff, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily work schedules to ensure efficient task completion
  • Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, food safety procedures, and customer service best practices
  • Prepare and present food items according to standardized recipes and guidelines
  • Implement and maintain proper food storage and handling procedures
  • Set up and break down workstations, including prep tables, service counters, and equipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting guest needs
  • Monitor and replenish food inventory to maintain optimal levels
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, staff, and clients
  • Adhere to Aramark's safety policies and procedures, including accurate food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ensure the security of company assets
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related field is preferred
  • Previous food service experience is required
  • Ability to acquire food safety certification
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
