Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeling Team Lead to join our team. As a Data Modeling Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to deliver actionable insights for business decision-making.

You will oversee the development and implementation of data models and reporting tools using Power BI and other relevant software. You will guide in Analytical Storytelling to effectively communicate data findings to customers.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical skills in Analytical Storytelling, Power BI, Statistics, KPI-Assessment & Rationalization, EDA, R Statistical Package, MS Excel, Python, SQL Scripting, and MS PowerPoint.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Data Analysis Skills and Capabilities with the ability to drive Analysis independently.
  • Hands-on experience in Analyzing, Identifying, and Documenting Transformation Logic and Rules, and producing Source to Target Mapping Documents with clear and concise Data Mapping Requirements.
  • Solid skills in writing complex SQL queries.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be meticulous and committed to data accuracy and integrity.
