About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Momentum Clothing. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to customers
  • Provide customer service and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Positive attitude, organized, and team player
  • Ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service
Work Environment

Momentum Clothing is a dynamic and fast-paced clothing store with a strong focus on customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be working in a team environment with a positive and supportive team.
