  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and service.
    • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing updates and feedback as needed.
  • Quality Control and Safety
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our quality and safety standards.
    • Identify and report any food safety or quality control issues to management.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
    • Language and Work Schedule
      • Fluent in English.
      • 32 hours per week.
