The Role

As a key member of the ADP Canada team, the Regulatory Compliance Manager will play a critical role in identifying and monitoring regulatory developments that impact our business operations. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor external sources to stay informed about regulatory changes and assess their impact on our business.
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on regulatory requirements and compliance obligations.
  • Develop clear and concise legislative summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with core teams to determine the applicability and impact of regulatory changes on ADP's operations and solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, tax, or accounting, and a minimum of 7-10 years of regulatory compliance experience.
  • Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory information to stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) certification is a definite asset.

  • Strong work ethic and customer-centric service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
