Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at Straight 8 Barbers LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, including coordinating activities with other departments and requisitioning materials and equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on equipment and machinery.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
  • Training: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
