Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning and Execution

Plan and adjust routes based on changing conditions, utilizing computer equipment, GPS systems, and other navigation devices to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and a positive experience for clients.

Logistics and Administration

Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and manage cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.

Vehicle Maintenance

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including brake adjustments, emergency roadside repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Certifications and Licenses

Hold a valid Air Brakes Endorsement and Driver's License (Class 1 or A).

Requirements
  • Experience

Previous experience as a Long Haul Truck Driver is an asset.

Work Environment

Work on the road, with a permanent position and 40 hours of work per week.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
