Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a pivotal role in maintaining the physical integrity of the property, including ensuring a safe and sanitary living environment for all guests and staff. This position works under the leadership of the Facilities Supervisor and Facilities Manager, assisting with the entire retail distribution facility and the surrounding property.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair equipment, fixtures, and systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Perform regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of maintenance techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.

Salary and Benefits
