Moment Factory, a renowned multimedia entertainment company, seeks an accomplished Senior Communications Strategist to spearhead its B2B communications. As a key member of the team, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that elevate the company's visibility and reputation.

About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing tailored initiatives that meet the needs of our Business Development Directors and Marketing - Formats teams. Your expertise in strategic communication, project management, and B2B communication activities will be instrumental in positioning and raising the profile of Moment Factory both domestically and internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Communication Strategies:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute multi-channel communication campaigns that align with business objectives;
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including digital assets and print collateral, to enhance brand visibility;
  • Drive promotional efforts through strategic planning and execution, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels;
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external media representatives, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated messaging;
  • Partner with public relations specialists to develop and execute targeted media relations plans, fostering increased international recognition for Moment Factory;
  • Media Relations and Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the PR/press team to craft compelling content, such as Reels, to engage customers and promote brand awareness;
  • Implement a robust media monitoring program to track coverage and maintain an up-to-date media database, informing future communication strategies;
  • Foster strong relationships with key media outlets, securing feature stories and thought leadership opportunities for Moment Factory executives;
  • Alignment with Moment Factory Parent Brand:
  • Collaborate closely with global communications leads to ensure alignment between Formats' and Moment Factory's strategies, promoting a cohesive brand image;
Your Journey Includes:
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field;
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in communications or public relations, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies;
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, marketing communications, and public relations;
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovative communication approaches;
• Fluency in both French and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Your Qualities:
• Knowledge of current and emerging communication trends and technologies;
Estimated Salary Range:$110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
