Hair Stylist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team at Qua Spa Inc. As a key member of our beauty team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and Style Hair: Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Shampoo and Treat Hair: Shampoo customers' hair, using high-quality products and techniques to ensure a clean and healthy finish.
- Supervise and Mentor: Supervise and mentor junior hair stylists and other staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Consult with Clients: Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for hair styles and treatments.
- Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
