Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Lead to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Delegate tasks and work assignments to team members, monitoring progress and providing feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
  • Provide legendary customer service, identifying and meeting customer needs, and making product recommendations.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including store displays and product placement.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in a sales or service environment.
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to evaluate customer needs and make recommendations.
  • Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer expectations.
