As a Senior Assistant Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, enhance customer relations, and support the store manager with daily operations. You will also have the chance to shape your career path by becoming a certified Assistant Store Manager through our certification process.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with managing Kal Tire assets and cash flow under company standards and expectations
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement strategies and plans and ensure completion of supporting activities to deliver expected outcomes
* Drive engagement by building meaningful connections with customers and provide personalized experiences
* Manage administrative duties such as payables, cash reports, etc.
* Multitask throughout the day, such as from sales and service experts to mentoring team members, and planning/executing

Requirements:

* A high school diploma/ GED equivalent and some management training (preferred)
* A valid Driver's License
