Job Title: Store Manager, Conestoga Mall Virgin Plus

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail sales team at Conestoga Mall Virgin Plus. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class coaching to build and maintain a high-performing team, building a member-focused culture within your store, and maintaining and exceeding overall store sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class coaching to build and maintain a high-performing team
  • Build a member-focused culture within your store
  • Maintain and exceed overall store sales performance
  • Get into the data to find opportunities and identify solutions for your store
  • Anticipate opportunities to exceed both external and internal members' expectations
Requirements:
  • Love coaching people to their true potential and to exceed sales targets
  • Have excellent listening and communication skills
  • Are passionate about the latest technology
  • Are flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends
