Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops to document current state processes and operating models, requirements, and future state processes and operating models, process mapping. Additionally, the candidate will work with technology teams to translate business requirements into technology requirements to ensure technology solutions achieve business needs.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst supporting end-to-end Business transformation projects/programs within the Public sector.
- Experience with facilitating workshops to document current state processes and operating models, requirements, and future state processes and operating models, process mapping.
- Experience with translating business requirements into technology requirements to ensure technology solutions achieve business needs.
