Automotive Service Lot Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Lot Attendant to join our team at Honda Downtown.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service department and service lot, ensuring vehicles are properly arranged and secure. They will also assist with the safe transportation of dealership and customer vehicles as needed.
This is a full-time position that requires a valid Ontario G Driver's Licence and a clear Driver's Abstract. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the service department and service lot in a clean and organized manner.
- Organize and arrange vehicles in the service parking lot.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
- Safely transport clients to and from destinations using the dealership's shuttle as requested.
- Prepare vehicles for delivery and perform pick-ups/wash vehicles as required.
- Catalogue and store keys securely.
- Perform daily inspections of the lot for unlocked vehicles and security breaches.
- Ensure the lot is tidy, free from litter and debris, and maintained during inclement weather.
- Clean and remove garbage from the shop as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
- Clear Driver's Abstract.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Manual transmission driving experience.
- An estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
