Solutions Architect for Ecommerce Cloud Marketplace

Our client, a start-up style environment owned by a stable publicly-traded company, is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to lead the architectural design of software solutions for their ecommerce cloud marketplace. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Solution Architecture Manager to produce development standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance with security and governance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead application design workshop sessions to identify and document existing patterns that can be shared or leveraged.
  • Provide architectural oversight for the development of solutions, ensuring they meet product or solution deliverables.
  • Work with developers to implement features using best practices, assist in debugging, performance monitoring, and tuning.
  • Analyze, review, and refactor code to increase operating efficiency and extensibility.
  • Prepare software packages and documentation for deployment, adhering to standard deployment policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on business initiatives and objectives, particularly as they relate to infrastructure frameworks and capability models.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training to developers or BA on specific areas of technical expertise.
  • Research new technologies and development tools to keep the product up-to-date with industry standards.
