Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, ensuring that all necessary information is provided.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews and notify applicants of the outcome.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail.
