Job Title: Automation Expert

Vention Inc is a leading provider of machine automation technologies. We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert to join our client engineering customer success team.

As an Automation Expert at Vention Inc, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and validating automation systems for our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to identify the best-suited solutions for our clients and provide timely technical support to ensure their success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or robotics engineering, with experience in PLC programming and robot programming. You will be a strong communicator with excellent oral and written skills, and be able to lead client discussions and provide feedback to our product development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, program, and validate automation systems for clients
  • Lead client discussions and provide technical support
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify best-suited solutions
  • Provide feedback to the product development team
  • Travel up to 10% of the time to client facilities
Requirements:
  • Strong background in mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or robotics engineering
  • Experience in PLC programming and robot programming
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead client discussions and provide feedback
