Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team at Environmental Ecosystem Solutions Inc. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation, determining the type of treatment required, and preparing and spraying chemical mixtures on infested areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and Identify Infestations: Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation, including rodents, insects, and other pests.
- Determine Treatment Requirements: Assess the type of treatment required to effectively eliminate the infestation, taking into account the type of pest, the severity of the infestation, and the specific needs of the client.
- Prepare and Apply Chemical Mixtures: Prepare and spray chemical mixtures on infested areas, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Install Animal Control Barriers: Install animal control barriers to prevent pests from re-infesting the area.
- Advise Clients: Provide clients with guidance on how to prevent pest infestations in the future, including recommendations for sealing entry points, removing food sources, and implementing integrated pest management strategies.
- Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence: Must hold a valid Provincial Pesticide Applicator Licence.
- Physical Demands: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in a variety of environments.
