Job Overview

At Royal Bank of Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per yearAbout the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned DevOps professional to lead the implementation and management of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud as the core CRM platform for Wealth Management Canada. You will be responsible for designing and leading the development of a comprehensive branching strategy, creating process efficiencies, and advocating for developer productivity.

  • Lead the development of a DevOps pipeline and process efficiencies
  • Design a branching strategy that meets the needs of a delivery team with parallel major and minor releases
  • Implement standard processes for coding, testing, and deployment
  • Experience in building and enhancing CICD pipelines and tools to deploy Salesforce Packages
  • Coordinate releases to the production environment with the Production Support Team

About Your Background

  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Proven experience managing system changes without interruption to the user
  • Experience working with Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools such as source control and automation
  • Strong communication skills
